How to Get There

The Bahrain International Airshow 2012 will be held at the Sakhir Airbase, Kingdom of Bahrain.

Parking

Free parking for the public Airshow is at the Bahrain International Circuit (BIC). A free shuttle bus service will be in operation to transport public visitors between the BIC and the Airshow site.

Upon arrival at the Bahrain International Circuit, from the Gulf of Bahrain Avenue, marshals and signage will direct Visitors to park in Car Parks 12 & 13 (P12 & P13).

Visitors will then walk from the car parks to Car Park 1 (P1; within walking distance, located opposite P13) where they can purchase tickets, please note that Food & Beverage and Restroom facilities are also available in Car Park 1 (P1) . Once tickets have been purchased or for ticket holders, visitors are required to go through a security screening process. Once all security fomralities have been completed, visitors will be directed to the coaches located in Car Park 2 (P2; is within walking distance from P1, located directly next to P2) and will be transported via Coach to the Air Show.

Coaches will be shuttling vistors to and from the Airshow throughout the day from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm. Should visitors require any assistance, Bahrain International Airshow personnel are available to assist.

Taxi Service:

For direct transport to and from the Bahrain International Airshow, the Arabian Taxi Company provides London Taxi Cabs

Available 24 x 7, taxis can accommodate five passengers privately within the rear of the vehicle separated from the driver by a sound proof plastic shield. Further more, each car is fitted with the latest GPS navigation system.

Taxi fares are charged at the Government tariff rates agreed by the Ministry of Interior (General Directorate of Traffic).
