Whether you wish to exhibit as a flying or static item, we require you to complete an online application. We have a secure online solution which allows you to apply with ease. It incorporates six sections and is the base for capturing information relevant for participation, as well as being the vehicle to request your exhibitor passes.

• PART 1 Aircraft/Operating/Technical Details (Applicable to all aircraft)
• PART 2 Confirmation of Aircraft Insurance (Applicable to all aircraft)
• PART 3 Flying Display Aircraft Only
• PART 4 Hazardous Material (Only if applicable)
• PART 5 Arrival Details (Applicable to all aircraft)
• PART 6 Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS)
